It depends on your commute, budget and lifestyle. Beach lovers often look at the Beaches and Ponte Vedra, buyers wanting newer homes and amenities often look at Nocatee and St. Johns County, and people drawn to historic homes often like Riverside, Avondale and San Marco. I'm happy to talk through the trade offs.
Can I buy a home in Florida without seeing it in person?
Many relocating buyers do, using video tours and a trusted local agent. I recommend an in person visit when possible, and always a thorough inspection.
